Dear Jamie, I just wanted to tell you that your service guy was so very nice and knowledgeable. He came on time and told me some little things about the fireplace that I did not know. I have dealt with many service people in the past that I have had numerous problems with, so this was refreshing! Thanks again for taking care of the blower for me even though your company did not install it. Darlene
