“We needed to repair or replace an existing gas fireplace. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She spent a lot of time finding appropriate options and getting prices across the spectrum. Ultimately, we decided to replace the 20 year old unit. Jamie’s attention to detail saved us when the installer found a plumbing stack and pipes behind our wall (a big surprise in an unusual location ) . It would have been a disaster had she not made sure to help us select units that were similar in dimension. The installer was on time, neat and friendly. I highly recommend Anderson fireplace if you are looking for a new gas fireplace.”
